Honjin Sushi - Vancouver, British Columbia

The rolls are a bit 'big' and not intricate with their taste/texture. Eburi was decent. Good value for money japanese. Overall decent Vancouver sushi (which is still better than most places in the world). Nothing fantastic, but also bankable.

Only been once but it was super good and the fish was really fresh.

This nice hidden Japanese restaurant offers high quality fresh seafood in a quiet atmosphere. The happy hour specials are quite affordable. Everything is right about it from the presentation of the dishes to the texture and flavors. Excellently executed food and drinks. Would definitely give it a five star ... rating if the waiter had not forgotten the ice (had to ask three times for it). Their special rolls weren't particularly unique or large; I was considering the very high price. The albacore roll was pretty good, though. Service is slow. Outdoor patio seating is nice, but doesn't overlook the water.

I have been to a lot of places and this place is always consecutively good. The quality of the fish is always excellent. I normally always go for all sashimi and have never been disappointed! Always fresh. They have some pretty good funky rolls too. ... The staff is always super friendly. I have been her about 10 time and have always loved what I have received!
