Food hot and tasty. Had seafood hotpot. Good service. Came back today and had beef black bean sauce rice noodles. Quite delicious with tender beef. Wife had sui gao dumplings. Came again and had chicken chow mein. Noodles quite crispy. Wife ordered seafood hot pot again

Congee Noodle House blew me away! I’ll admit, I was judging a book by its cover before I walked in, but wow, was I surprised. We came for a work dinner and were completely impressed. From the fresh peanuts they served to the delicious spotted prawns and exceptional service, everything ... was top-notch. Plus, they have no corkage fee, so you can bring your own wine—what a treat! When I asked my friends if I wanted to eat Hong Kong Chinese food, they took me here. There is a parking lot behind the store, but the number of spaces is limited. We were lucky to find one free and parked there. We entered the restaurant through the back ... door and there was still a seat available so we were able to sit down right away. First, we ordered a very simple soup, a very light taste and some meat and veggies inside. I ordered my favorite porridge with preserved egg and shredded pork. Oh definitely highly recommend it. My friend had the hotpot with fish head and fish body was steamed and veggies. I think this fish was probably monkfish. Both fish dishes were delicious, the fish was soft and had a nice flavour. Also we ordered shrimp wonton soup noodle. This shrimp wontons were nice flavor and light soup. It wasn't oily at all and was a healthy choice. No thrills, generous portions at a reasonable price point. We ordered the beans with pork jowl and truffle chicken. Both dishes were delicious! Only downside is parking is limited. There’s a small lot in the back but plenty of paid street parking.
