Good food, service is awesome, it’s good to get 20% off on week days for dim sum..

Accidentally stumbling upon this restaurant, I checked its Google reviews and they were good. Since I thought I'd been to most popular dim sum places, I was curious about this one. Parking was easy to find since it wasn't the weekend. The restaurant had a traditional Chinese decor with a ... patio outside covered by transparent plastic curtains. Inside, it was bustling with lanterns and traditional Chinese wallpaper, giving it a festive feel . It was around 11 a.m., and the place wasn't crowded, mostly older folks. The dim sum menu was extensive, and the service was prompt with tea served quickly. The dim sum dishes we ordered were tasty and not overly salty or greasy. The fried rice with scallops had a great texture, although it could have had more scallops. The bill revealed an 20% discount on dim sum, making the prices reasonable. Everyone was so hungry that they grabbed items before I could take photos, but this has been the second time I've had Cindy's, first time was a dine in and the second for delivery and the food has been very consistent and tasty. Dim sum is large, the chow mein, beef ... and broccoli was delicious. We would definitely eat from here again! Read more

Food was on par with a lot of other Asian restaurants in Vancouver. Nothing too exciting to write about this place. Food came extremely fast. The servings were big. This restaurant serves dim sum from open to close, perfect for those that craves a good dim sum restaurant outside of the normal dim sum times. I highly recommend any of the rice flour roll dishes, #30-38. The rice flour rolls are made on-site and it’s the best I’ve had, ... period. Almost every item I’ve ordered tasted fresh and well made, depending on staff in the kitchen but overall the food have been really good. As a bonus, 20% off on the bill throughout the day!
