It's a nice place to go grab a pint on a weekend or after work. It's in a little bit of a tougher area of the East End but hey, you're here for the beer not to flirt with the locals. I come here after work sometimes for one or two beers. The bar keeps have always been very friendly and helpful. They also love to talk beer if you're a beer nerd. The tap list is pretty good, most of it is BC beers with some nice rare offerings from ... time to time. The food is small plates-ish tapas like stuff. I find that's okay but there's no burgers or standard pub fare. I wouldn't come here super-hungry but more for a couple of drinks before you kick-off to somewhere else. Read more
