A great little place with amazing food! We had a mix of meals, all of which were delicious. The biscuits are phenomenal! Their flaky, melt-in-your-mouth goodness was a perfect pairing for the crispy fried chicken. The eggs were delicious, with lots of flavour, and there’s a slight bit of heat ... on everything with a little cayenne (I think). But not spicy. Just a little warmth. Overall, amazing. The servers were super friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Now, most importantly, the food was incredible. I was expecting the biscuits to be a bit dry because that’s how biscuits are sometimes, but their biscuits were super crispy outside and soft and not very dry inside. The chicken was perfectly ... crispy outside and their fried egg was really yummy too. Their house gravy was one of the best gravies I’ve ever tried as well. Simply delicious. I like that they have the option of salad instead of fries or tater tots as you need something refreshing. The salad dressing was really good too, using sweet balsamic it’s perfect with the salty combination of the biscuit and fried chicken. Read more

New discovery, try Moose and Dougie. This place deserves a better google rating, 5 stars!!! I'm also in food business, but by looking at their fries quality, I'm telling you guys their oil is fresh like new! Highly recommended. Staff and owners are super friendly.

Today, some friends and I wandered into this chicken joint. The owner is a super friendly guy whose name is, you guessed it....Chewie! We were lucky to meet him. You can tell this guy is passionate about the food he serves. Chewie recommended the Hot Mumma Style Chicken Benny. The buffalo ... style sauce chicken was juicy, biscuit was fresh, and eggs were poached perfect! I chose the side hashbrowns which were basically diced potato. These were crispy on outside, moist on inside. Fried Zucchini was a great starter. Gotta get those veggies 😁 Please, by golly, don't leave without a jumbo cookie for the road!!
