Came here on my way to the VanDusen Festival of Light. I got the BBQ burger. You could tell that the meat was of quality and it tasted great. The fries were home-cut and possibly even better. 4/5. The two staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The food was on ... the table in about 15 minutes. Service: 5/5. The place was very clean, including the bathroom. You wouldn’t expect the bathrooms to be so clean. Ambience 4/5. You really get your money’s worth. Overall I would give Vera’s a 8/10. Will go again if in the area. Read more

Not sure what the fuss is about, I’ve been here over 3 times and I always see the same chef there cooking and I know he’s all about the art of the burger. Every time I dined here I’ve thought, “Man it’s the best burger I’ve ever had.” But it continues ... every visit! Def an underrated spot Read more
