Definitely the most underrated gem of Vancouver eatery! The owner and staff are very nice and accommodating. Gave us some free spring rolls and a drink. The pho is served minutes after you order and is DELICIOUS!! The sandwiches understandably take a bit longer but are worth the wait! Bought takeout from here. Ordered the pho and the hu tieu nam vang (dry). Hu tieu broth is done quite well, well balanced and perfectly umami. Noodles cooked well. However, I told them I want the hu tieu nam vang to be dry, still made the soup version. No ground pork, no ... squid - only imitation crab, pork ham, fish ball, and shrimps. Great service, really nice guy (who I assume was the owner) waiting for us. Not the greatest prices but neither is anywhere these days. We ended up getting a free mango smoothie too, which was really nice of them. Would definitely support these older Pho places too since they tend ... to have richer broths. Read more
