Definitely the most underrated gem of Vancouver eatery! The owner and staff are very nice and accommodating. Gave us some free spring rolls and a drink. Bought takeout from here. Ordered the pho and the hu tieu nam vang (dry). Hu tieu broth is done quite well, well balanced and perfectly umami. Noodles cooked well. However, I told them I want the hu tieu nam vang to be dry, still made the soup version. No ground pork, no ... squid - only imitation crab, pork ham, fish ball, and shrimps. Great service, really nice guy (who I assume was the owner) waiting for us. Not the greatest prices but neither is anywhere these days.
