Our go-to for unpretentious honest food that has been consistent quality for us with super friendly service and great prices. The bourbon tasting flights are killer, and a few decent local craft beers on tap. A fantastic place for a quick bite or a linger.

We ordered the Memphis Feast, and if it's your first time here, I highly recommend it. The portion is huge and includes a variety of BBQ meats. A Disappointing Takeout Experience at Memphis Blues We recently ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich at Memphis Blues in Commercial Broadway and I have to say, we were thoroughly disappointed with our meal. Our experience left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the most crucial element of any sandwich is the ... bread, and the bread on our sandwich was stale and far from fresh. This immediately set the tone for the entire meal. When you choose takeout, you hope for the same level of quality as you would expect when dining in, and this experience was a far cry from that standard. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the Pulled Pork itself was shockingly dry and devoid of the sauciness quite the opposite of what I expected from a saucy and flavorful sandwich. I recall enjoying it in the past, but this time it was far from the quality I remembered. To make matters worse, the side slaw salad that accompanied the sandwich was not only far from fresh but also emitted an unpleasant odor that was utterly off-putting. This unpleasant discovery was the final straw that prevented us from finishing our meal. Let's cross our fingers that this underwhelming experience doesn't result in any digestive discomfort. Ultimately, our takeout encounter with Memphis Blues left us thoroughly disappointed. It's disheartening to see a restaurant that was once a dependable option for a delicious meal undergo such a decline in quality. My intent with this review is to shed light on these concerning quality issues and, hopefully, inspire the restaurant to take action in order to rebuild the trust and satisfaction of its customers.
