Reviews for Indochine Kitchen + Bar in Vancouver, British Columbia
really liked their style and knowing first time this is the same like 金边小馆 like in China town.
Good food, ambience, and friendly staff. The beer, garlic butter wings, butter beef and beef luc lac are my favorites.
Ordered take out - imagine this...takeout lychee mojitos!! They knocked it out of the park with the cocktails. Food was tasty and home cooked - steamed rice, green onion and ginger sauce, butter garlic wings, and spicy cucumber salad. The price was a little high, but probably because the order was ... through Uber Eats. Read more
First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered their Garlic Butter Wings, 3 in 1 Tofu, and rice. Delicious! The wings are were crispy and yet not dry inside and perfectly seasoned. The tofu is the perfect blend of sweet, savoury and spicy. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu.
I came by yesterday at 5:30pm to pick up takeout and the waitress behind the counter was rude for no reason. I advised I was picking up an order. She said for what?? where's your phone order? I said there is no phone order screenshot since I called in. She ... said what's your name and what did you order? I advised butter beef, Phnom Penh wings large etc then she grabbed the only takeout order in front of her and asked if I've paid. I said no it was a phone call order I didn't pay yet. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Is this the type of service you're providing to all your guests? Maybe the manager should remind the staff to watch their attitude. It was the worst first impression I received from Indochine Kitchen. Although, the food was delicious. I would not come again due to poor service. 10/10 would not recommend just because of the unnecessary belittling demeanor. Read more
