We got Yunnan Cross Bridge Rice Noodle, Traditional Guilin Rice Noodle, Beef Brisket Rice Noodle and Pan Fried Corn Cake. Yunnan Cross Bridge Rice Noodle had Ham, Chinese Sausage, Crab Sticks, Beef Slices, Fish Tofu Puff, Tofu Skin, Pork Chop, Quail Eggs served in a Stone Pot, the portion was ... HUGE, loved the variety, but the Broth was slightly on the saltier side… Guilin Rice Noodle had Sauerkraut, Pickled Veg, Ground Pork cooked in a slightly Spicy Sauce, the flavour was on point! Beef Brisket Rice Noodle came with the MOST tender, flavourful Beef Brisket, the Sauce from the Brisket clung onto the Rice Noodles, LOVED IT! Corn Cake was made with Corn purée with batter, pan fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, it was slightly sweet, so good! Read more
