Very sad and poor experience. Read reviews suggesting a poor experience and wished I listened. Walked in a young man behind the counter greeted me. Another lady sitting at a customer table eating and on her phone. I ordered. The lady got up walked to the kitchen and proceeded to ... start making my rolls. The man without washing his hands picked up the Togo containers took to the kitchen, proceeded to start filling the sauce container. There was a sink behind the cash neither of them used it. I said excuse me neither of you washed your hands. He said I'm using tongs - for what I don't know as he continued to do something with my order I could not see... he said that the lady used the sink in the back area but I am pretty observant and didn't hear water or see her dry her hands. Nor did she then go do so when I made a comment nor did he tell her my comments which you'd think to reinforce my confidence they would both just wash their hands for me to see instead of defending by saying using tongs. She also was NOT using gloves. I was in a rush and starving so I chalked it up to perhaps I was should trust what he said and maybe I just didnt see. But my gut tells me differently. By the time I get home which was maybe 15 mins the rolls which were poorly made are literally falling apart without me touching them and all stuck together so I ant separate them to eat them without using a knife and fork. There is brown lettuce and more noodles than vegetables. Very poorly made, low quality ingredients and poor attention to detail on everything. Too bad as I had high Hopes this could be a go to. It's for sure a NOT to go to. Just wanted to share with others so you can make your own informed decisions. Read more
