I ordered the "large" House Special Beef Noodle Soup (Ph) and Spring Rolls as appetizers. For nearly $10, the bowl of Pho was tiny. It was most definitely not a LARGE bowl of pho. The size of the bowl was at most a medium where I live. The broth had a ... nice sweet kick to it and was not overly salty. I liked the broth. The meat was very much skimped on as the meat strips were very thin. Read more
Decent Vietnamese food. My "bun" vermicelli dish was tasty but my husbands pineapple rice lacked in flavour. Service's not very engaged. Tight, awkwardly arranged space.
I think this is the worst place to eat pho if u want something that is worth the money just buy it at eaton mall or try other places that's nearby because it has the same price but better. we told the old lady who came up to us ... that was near the counter that the pho isn't good and she yelled at us and told us we're the only ones who told them that their food is bland which means it has no taste and their beef is a lil hard and not even tasty unlike any other restaurants. she told us that no one complains about it so we tried comparing their food from the other stores too but she said "don't say that". We paid half for the food tho because she keeps saying its not fair to not pay for it. We even told the chef who is young, he doesn't even have a clue what to do that's why he just left us and tried asking someone to talk to us. i think that he should've put more seasoning in it if they really know what they're doing with the food, they would have done something to it. It's as if they just put anything on the food not knowing what's best for it so that the customers will be satisfied. Read more
We ordered beef & chicken phoga, they served us both with great taste. Same as we ordered chicken wings for appetizer & taste wasn't bad....! All menu prices were reasonable.

I tried the House Special Pho from this downtown Vietnamese Pho joint. Convenient location, 5 mins walk from Dundas or St. Patrick's Station. I got the medium size pho, served in a their signature warm beef broth. The broth was pretty light in comparison to some of the other places I've ... had before. On the menu, it says that house Special comes with rare beef, brisket, tripe, tendon and beef balls. I was kind of disappointed by the amount of beef toppings that actually came with it, cuz I only got 1 of each item, and 2 beef slices that was supposedly rare were already fully cooked by the time it was served.
