It’s a quick eat restaurant in a food court so service and atmosphere are rated accordingly. The pros: Service was quick, tables were relatively clean to eat on. The food had plenty veggies and we didn’t get sick. It was tasty but…this taste has nothing to do with Thai food. ... The food and experience were so disappointing, especially compared to Bangkok Buri who used to reside in this location. The pad Thai was bland with soggy noodles and vegetables. There was no tofu or option lime, fresh chilli, shredded carrot or Thai basil. I used to look forward to Bangkok ... Buri, I will not be visiting Thai Express again. I couldn’t finish my dish. Do not try Thai food at this restaurant. They don't known what's of the Thai food taste. I tried their Green Curry with beef but so terrible taste not like other Thai Express restaurant.

Sadly pad thai is very very bland. Just taste like salty noodles.. $25 for a pad thai & mango salad. Mango salad was good though.

No flavour at all for pad thai. You can even tell from the color. Usually cashier will ask about spicy level for pad thai but she only reply as: you can add spicy sauce yourself (sriracha on the serving counter). That is so true that food quality really depends on ... which Thai Express locations. Read more
