The person who served me was in a hurry and wouldn't let me place my order. I felt harassed, even though there was no one else in the restaurant waiting in line to receive their food. Apart from this, the portions were very bad. And he got upset and I ... asked for a little more rice. In the end he left my order and instead of billing me he went to organize other delivery orders and the next person to bill me took more than three minutes. After this I asked for chips and half an hour before the restaurants closed and even though I had seen freshly made chips they told me they couldn't sell them to me. Read more

Is this some kind of joke? I paid $5.55 for extra chicken and there isn’t even one full serving of chicken in this bowl. I was in such disbelief that I picked out the sad pieces of chicken for proof.

March 11th/1:15pm Good serving/food. My male server was very good. The lady on checkout/Cash was not friendly or personable in the least. No thank you or appreciation for our order. If I’m spending $30 of my hard earned money I expect a simple “thank you” at very least. Customer service matters! ... I had to continually ask for more@ each station for my Bowl order as his portions were far too small. I’m paying $15 for my lunch!! His service was lacking too. We all love Chipotle like anything. Anytime we can have Chipotle. Being a vegetarian, there are lots of options for food. Healthy plus fresh plus 😋 yummy. Kids friendly and affordable prices. Never say no to Chipotle.

Went in during lunch hours. I understand it's busy but the customer service could have been better. When I opened my bowl, I found a bug in it. (Did take out so I didn't check my bowl beforehand) Really small portion sizes, gave a couple pieces of lettuce. Guac was not ... filled.
