Had a lovely high tea to celebrate Mother’s Day with my sister and cousin. Our server Lisa was wonderful. The food was excellent and ambiance beautiful. One of the best High Tea experiences in Toronto.
Went for Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday May 12, 2024 with my 5 children and their mother. The brunch was, without a doubt, the worst meal I have ever had. I should have read prior reviews because last year was just as bad. The food was cold, the food was constantly running ... out with delays, the omelet station had one cook, sliders were burnt and raw inside, risotto was cold. I could go on, but I won't waste my time. Not only was it horrible, it cost close to $1,400.00 Very disappointed, I know that many people complained and felt as we did. I'm hoping my review will help people choose wisely next Mother's Day. Review of High Tea: Be careful booking special occasions here! Made reservations on Open Table for Thurs May 16 at 1:30 pm to celebrate birthdays for myself and a friend. Secured with a credit card. I booked it well in advance (end of March) because we both had taken time off ... work. Windsor Arms called a week before saying it is no longer available and Open Table was not updated correctly. They could not accommodate any other time that day except 12 or 12:30 pm. I asked if I could speak with a manager to see if anything can be done. No call back and my reservation was just arbitrarily moved to 12:30 pm. I have cancelled my reservation because I have prior appointment and can’t make an earlier time. Same with my friend. Now we are left scrambling to find a new place to celebrate. From how they handled this, hesitant to recommend booking them in the future unless you call them directly. Overall poor customer service too. Read more
My grandmother and I went to the Windsor Arms this past summer because it’s been on her bucket list to experience high-tea. The tea selection was massive and we were very happy with our choices. They have many caffeine free options which was great (I have a caffeine allergy). The food itself ... was very average. You’re not expecting a massive delicacy when you’re receiving snacks at tea, however they were all just bland. They were fine, but nothing to rave about. The service was FANTASTIC. There is valet parking and the man working there was great, helped my grandmother with her walker, and opened every door we needed open. Our tea server was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations and opinions on each tea. Overall, it’s a great experience if you want to try a high-tea. Read more

Came here yesterday celebrating my friends bday for high tea. It was so much fun, and the tea and food were delicious. It cost $65 for the experience, I was skeptical if the food would be good, it was delicious! I thought it wouldn't be enough, but it was more ... than enough that we had to takeaway boxes to bring the food home. I loved the Tibetan tiger tea and cranberry scone. Highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was stunning! Read more
