Highly recommend the AYCE; great variety of menu options, and can be worth the price if you go ham on the sashimi. Service is fast and friendly. Great place for dinner with friends. An enduring sushi mainstay on Dundas. Really hope this place continues to stay open! Decently priced and great ... quality to price ratio. Read more
Cheapest AYCE around. While you obviously won't get the freshest stuff and best protein-to-rice ratios, the AYCE menu has enough variety and the sushi, rolls, and cooked offerings are standard fare tasty. Combine that with the great price and quick service, and you get an ok stop to just hunker ... down and fill your tummy away. Read more
I had a great experience here at lunch! $21 all you can eat. The staff were really nice. I wish the salad had a bit less dressing, but everything else was great.
The food was AMAZING, especially for the price. We went Saturday night, around 7-8, it was $36 with tip each. But the service was kind of off-putting. They were super nice when we arrived (group of 5) and led us to one of the two private rooms. The menu said ... they have a limit of 1 hour 30 mins and we were only there for an hour. As we were paying we were quickly rushed and told to leave as they had a reservation awaiting the table… The bathroom was also not the best. But, the food was still amazing, loved the Philadelphia rolls. Also, you are able to park on the left side of the restaurant on the street but it is very limited and very tight. Read more
Update: Went back for AYCE lunch on a Friday and we waited for 30 minutes after ordering and didn’t get any of our food so we just left. If you see that the restaurant is full it is likely the wait times are not worth it so better to eat ... somewhere else. Went for 29.99 AYCE dinner. Service was fairly quick. Quality was understandably lower because of the lower price but not bad. Still worth it if you are craving sushi and just want a cheap fill. I like that you can get more than 1 ice cream. The BBQ beef ribs was also really good. They also have a lot of inexpensive ala carte sushi deals (see photos.) We also frequently get their takeout special of 5 rolls for 22.99 or 3 rolls for 15.99, you can call ahead to place the order and come pick up. We like the crispy spicy salmon roll, spicy salmon roll, and philadelphia roll. Good salmon to rice ratio. Read more
