Ordered the Weston Maki x2, the menu says 6 SIX pieces, the food comes and it’s only 5 pieces each, so I ask and the waitress says it’s 5. I show her the menu and she insists it’s 5, I refer to the menu again and she takes it away. ... Comes back and says the chef just cut it into 5 pieces which I don’t believe is true as the Kibo in Cabbagetown always gives me the correct portions. Additionally there’s a 10% discount if you pay cash, so I walk to the ATM before coming. Got here and get the total and ask about the sign with the 10% and she repeats the same total. So I ask AGAIN as I did the math and then she goes to a secondary register and applies the advertised discount. Last time coming to this Kibo, very weird vibes and service. Read more

This is lowest effort Bento box I've ever had. Rice and a two half full parts of the container with literally two mouthfuls of salad, and a little bit of noodles. Don't think I've ever been more disappointed with almost $20 worth of food.
