Hina Sushi is amazing. I've visited about once a month since January and it's been consistently good. Miso soup and salad have the perfect amount of salt and acidity, respectively, for my tastes, and the sushi is delicious. I usually order the black dragon roll, but have also tried the nigiri ... which is great as well. When ordering the Matsu Sushi set, I was able to substitute green dragon roll for black dragon roll for an additional charge which is nice. Have also ordered one of the lunch specials for takeout once and can confirm that it's still consistent quality to the dine-in experience (just without the tea). A small but cozy atmosphere, very good service and great food, remarkably prepared with a lot of dedication and care.

I have been going here at least once a week for the past year … this place is AMAZING!!! The food, the service, everything … I highly recommend their tempura rolls, dynamite rolls, salmon sushi, beef bulgogi, gyoza, and so much more! You’ll thank me later 😉

Very friendly service. Small restaurant so don't come in a big group. Staff were really nice and food was fresh. Enjoyed the rolls a lot. Good mix of Korean and Japanese food on the menu.

Ordered donburi and the platter. Pretty good for the price. I wanted the food to have a little more salt but will still order here for party platters! Service was great, very nice staff. It felt homey and warm. We parked across the street near the grocery store.
