I have been fortunate enough to stay at many very nice hotels that are part of the "fine hotels and resorts" . And yet i said over and over to my girlfriend when we stayed here, that this is the best hotel i have ever stayed at. The service was ... impeccable. From the front desk, to the valet, to room service, and everything in between. I unfortunately did not get names or remember them, but I should have. The staff here was mindblowingly great. Great experience with one HUGE NEGATIVE. I arrived at the Park Hyatt and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. As an AMEX cardholder they went above and beyond to upgrade my room which they did, it was an incredible upgrade and was way beyond my ask. The ... room smelt fresh and was stocked to the brim with goodies to eat and drink. The bed was crisp and soft with 4 pillows that were comfy enough to have between your legs for side sleepers yet firm enough to support your neck. The room service is fast, the cleaning staff is amazing. But there is one HUGE NEGATIVE. I had to checkout...I got so used to the amazing location, staff, and service it was really hard leaving. I can't imagine how they could have made the stay better otherwise. 100p recommend. Read more

We held a large corporate event at this location and we were beyond impressed. Amazing attention to detail, the staff was fast and kind and we're just so grateful that our guests were taken care of every step of the way. I will make a particular mention about the food ... which everyone said has been the best to date (we've been doing this annually for 10 years across North America) and the support from Sohail, Rhonda, Bobby and Joseph was impeccable. It was a nice stay, I was initially concerned about the noise level as the hotel entrance is facing a main road, but the room was quiet. However the sound proof between rooms leave much to be desired as we could hear people talking along the hallway and noises from ... neighbours. Fortunately, the Occupants were considerate enough to stop their activities come bedtime. The staff on duty was kind enough to show us the room first before checking in, just to make sure we find it acceptable. Only downside was the breakfast service can be quite slow and I honestly did not find them tasty. However I wouldn't complain since the staffs were lovely. Read more

I booked the Deluxe King room and had an exceptional experience. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. I also loved that they offer a house car service. The only downside was the noise from construction outside my room, but since I left early ... each day, it didn't bother me much. Read more
