The food is good and the staff are nice. We sat on the patio and enjoyed some Asian nachos as an appetizer. Awesome. The desserts were a let down. We ordered a chocolate brownie which on the menu states it a dark and white chocolate brownie. What we got was a ... slice of chocolate cake. A brownie is a dense, rich baked good not a fluffy piece of cake. That's our only complaint. Step up your dessert game Canyon Creek. Other than that a great overall experience. Read more

Very poor service, we made reservation for 9:15 on Sunday evening, arrived on time. The restaurant posted closing hour is 10pm. each and every one of the staff mentioned that the restaurant will be closing at 10, because of this, we only ordered salads and sandwiches and did not ... get to enjoy the steak we usually order at Canyon Creek. I asked for tea, the server said they have already started cleaning in the back, and no cups are available for tea. As soon as the clock struck 10, the bill was placed on our table. The waitress did not bother asking whether we would like coffee or dessert. Food was good, but simply aweful customer service. If you would like your customer to be out by 10 on the dot, please do not post you are open till 10pm, post you are open till 9pm, but I guess, you will then be rushing all your guests to be out by 9pm! We have been loyal customers for a very long time, in all different locations, but it is time to check out other restaurants with better customer service! Read more

So my overall experience was meh... I mean the food was great as always, but the service was less than satisfactory. My friend and I had a reservation for 645 and got seated right away which was great! However the time we spent waiting for someone to come take our drink ... order was ridiculous... We ordered everything right away and we didn't see our apps for at least 25 min. The service here is really lacking, and its not the first time. Considering there's quite a bit of competition across the road they need to step it up! Just saying..... Read more

Delicious food! Awesome atmosphere! Our server Jessica S was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to confirm menu items where I was allergic to some ingredients and gave us heads up about the happy hour! We even got complimentary sparkling wine with our desert to help us celebrate our anniversary!! Would ... definitely come back here. Read more
