I really loved eating from here after a long day with work and not in the mood to make dinner this was my go to. I ordered a chicken shawarma poutine and fries not cooked still frozen and chicken portion was minimal. I called the location to share this and get hung ... up on. I decide to bring it back and i guess people do this but I get accused that I took the chicken lol I tried my best not to be a Kevin lol but even in the end I say thank you I got nothing but attitude as if I’m in the wrong. Im paying for dinner not for a piece of gum I never had a problem with this place and I’m just disappointed with this location now. Horrible service and experience!! I should have read the reviews here before ordering on DoorDash, if I did, I wouldn’t have ordered, believe it or not, they had a 5.0 rating on DoorDash, unbelievable ! How disappointing! I thought I ordered a large Chicken Shawarma Wrap, not a Pickled Turnip Wrap. The wrap contained mainly ... Turnips and very, very little chicken, of which was extremely dry. I also ordered extra hummus and there was no trace of it. Absolutely upsetting, considering I have eaten at other Pita Lands and they have always been good. To be honest, 1 star is too much!
