The food was actually not bad. But the portion size for the price is much below bare minimum. We ordered one chicken shawarma platter and one beef shawarma platter worth $43 in total. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the plate that had almost insufficient amount of meat, rice ... and salad with just hummus or garlic aioli (not both). For around $20 each plate, other shawarma restaurants would offer a good amount of rice and meat, salad, garlic potatoes, and both garlic aioli and hummus. The shawarma, however, that we saw other customers having seem to have a better size for the price. Read more
When we got there it wasn't busy. We asked for the bigger platter and the gyro so we could share as we were a big family. I asked for extra plates as I was ordering and explained we were splitting, the cashier was very friendly and always had a ... smile, when they served the food, an older lady, served us, I think it was the owner, she wasn't very happy I asked for extra plates, she said they usually charged for extra plates and actually gave me non disposable ones, but her attitude and her face showed how annoyed she was. The food didn't taste bad, it's was actually good, but the servings are way too small for what they charge, we asked for a mixed platter so we could have all the flavours as we had a visitor. They only gave us like 3 peices of chicken, and the meat was so small it barely fed one. Definitely not worth the $60 we paid for what we got. We have been in different places where for the same price we got to actually feed 4 people and abundantly. Read more
The taste of beef Shawrma was very close to the beef showerma offered in gulf street food outlets. but Pita & Grill showatma is more presentable in . The ambiance is good. The staff is welcoming and nice. The restroom is available. The only problem is the car ... parking, which is a bit expensive. you get the real taste of the showarma here. Good option for the people living around and tourists that travel by public transport so no worries about parking their cars. Read more
Being Lebanese myself, I gotta say this is one of my least favorite shawarma wraps I've eaten. It could've used more meat and a larger portion and/or lower price. I don't eat a lot and even I didn't feel I was really full after I was done. It was worth ... the try, but I don't think I would give it another go. Read more
