This is becoming my new favourite shawarma location. They do not cheap out on the meet or other toppings. Definitely getting your mineys worth. I have not been there for about a year. It looks like the management has changed. The place looks cleaner and a bit renovated. There were serious issues with packing, service, and staff. At 11 pm, it was so busy, and one poor girl was making all the orders by herself. ... They wrap the food in 2-3 papers, which makes it difficult to open and eat. There were three or four more employees there. One was warming up his Tim Hortons coffee in the oven, one was praying at the back, one was on the phone, and no one cared about the huge lineup. Tried the chicken plate. Chicken doesn't taste good and was not fresh. They also added a potato which was totally pale. Only rice and salad were good. Didn't make it worth for $20. However, the server was very friendly.

My new favorite place for shawarma! The food is fresh, well made & they keep the area clean. The food is well priced as they fill the container, you can ask for extra sauces if needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how much food was in my container, they ... packed it, I could have split it with a friend. The staff are so friendly, polite & fast, they are happy to assist. There is a selection available, from platters to wraps, fries & salads. I recommend the platter, the chicken is moist but crispy. Every time I have gone there is a line up, great sign! There is parking on the side street and the traffic is busy on Lawrence, bus stop nearby & frequent buses. There are options for eating, you can dine in (a few tables) & there is a patio (weather permitting) with more seating. Lots of other options in the area for dessert or appetizers. Read more
