I'll start by telling you that I'm probably the pickiest eater you'll ever meet. I was walking along the danforth and was about to give on food and go home to make a sandwich when i came across the is awesome authentic spot. I got the Kofta plate and it ... was generous and real good..the authenticity is not just in the food but its in the vibe and the staff..i felt their genuine canandian immigrant bringing a taste of home to your plate..was a good feeling and vibe really like it. I would definetely recommend this to anyone wanting to have delicious authentic moroccan cuisine. The service is always amazing, friendly and welcoming. I see a lot of comments on the shawarma which is great but for the love of god try the tagine! That's one of the dishes morocco is ... known for. Its a slow cooked stew made with your choice of meat. Their food and service was suburb, this is my favorite restaurant in Toronto, I always try to go there when I'm in the area. Trust me, you'll thank me later once you try it out! (P.S There is this one lady who was very sweet, and was able to complete ... my order very quickly despite working alone that day and being busy). When I see her working from outside the enclosure I always go in, as this one time where i went and someone else was working she was rude and was very lazy/slow when completing my order and her food presentation was unappealing. Overall in order for a restaurant to be good there always has to be good service! Hope you guys can deal with this issue of customer service as it should always be consistent rather than waiting for that one server to be there in order for me to feel welcomed. Read more

Great location, plenty of parking. Nice atmosphere, staff very friendly and on top of things. Food was mediocre. My lamb tagine was ok - no flavor. The shawarma was cold. I don't know if they were having an off -night but i was looking forward to it. Maybe I'll ... try them another time. Read more
