Teriyaki Experience - Toronto, Ontario

Ordered the tofu bento. Portion are ok but the quality of the food was disgusting. I think this franchise is going down hill.

Paid 18 dollars for a chicken dumpling soup. I just got 4 little dumplings, and vegetables in it with no tasty flavour. The noodles tasted like flour. Overpriced, little portion, not coming back here.

I love their signature beef teriyaki, but their portion is terrible. I had to ask for a triple order of beef on my plate in order for my hunger to be satisfied. They used to serve a side of dumplings or spring rolls with this, but they've also stopped doing that. Overpriced ... and small portion. I will need to find a replacement to satisfy my teriyaki cravings. Read more

10/08/23 I placed my order for the beef teriyaki with brown rice. When I received my order, it came without the teriyaki sauce. I tried to place a call to the restaurant, but no one answered. The beef is really dry. There’s no flavour whatsoever in the food. I will ... be returning tomorrow for a fresh plate of food. Read more

While the food is good the customer service and portion sizes are embarrassing. Below is a picture of the 15 dollar “protein bowl” I purchased today. 15 dollars gets you half a box of veggies (mostly cabbage and sprouts) and chicken. When asked to fill the box properly the cook ... said “that’s the portion size if you want more you have to pay.” I’m sure what most people want is a full box of food :/ very disappointing. Read more
