Super amazing food! The sushi was well prepared and beautiful the last time I was here. The miso wasn't too salty. I had the chicken katsudon recently. It came with soup and a small salad. Awesome Sushi made by the Coolest owner EVER

Fish freshness and service were both top notch, easily the highlights of this place. I was very skeptical when I saw avocado in many of the rolls, but I was pleasantly surprised when there was only a sliver in each. Padding in general is a non-issue at this place, making ... the average pricing much more palatable. There is seating, but only enough for a few solo patrons, couples, or maybe one large group, passable at best. Order in advance, stay only if you've got nowhere else to be. Read more

Living within walking distance to Mashita is a blessing! I go here for sushi several times a week, and it is my favorite sushi place. Everything is fresh and masterfully crafted. The people there are so kind, friendly, and feel like family. Wouldn't know what to do without Mashita!
