This place was amazing and 90% of that is accredited to the service we got. Upon entry we got seated very quickly and had samples of sushi rolls provided to us. Our waiter was amazing and very fast with taking our orders. He food was great although the spicy edamame ... was a disappointment (just chili flakes on edmame) and so was the kani salad I ordered (which was just a garden salad with crab sticks instead of the more traditional approach of having the ingredients shredded and served with Japanese mayonaise) but for the price we were offered it was great! Stopped by here today for a Sushi Burrito The owner is so sweet, just as everyone has commented. I got the Salmon Crunch Burrito. It was good! I would come back purely for the service. For those that want to limit waste: the burrito comes in a recyclable box instead ... of single use plastic like they give for the rolls. Next time I will bring my own container and see if they would be willing to use my container instead. Read more

Stopped by here randomly on the way to movie. The food was really good, the service was outstanding, and it was all really fast! Very happy, would come here again. Cute idea. Staff were really friendly and the owner nice. The restaurant was a little rundown looking and was not as clean as it should have been. The food was tasty but portions were smallish. I may give it another chance just because it may have been an off-day.

Quick and easy, perfect if you're in a rush. The price is really reasonable. No, it's not going to be the best sushi ever but it sure beats the ready made stuff from the grocery store by a long shot. You can customise rolls or create your own which is ... great. I recently turned vegan and tried the Veggie Lover #2 which was in my opinion better than any roll containing fish. The manager and staff are always friendly which is fantastic. When the manager is there he'll be offering free samples and making sure all the customers are being served. The veggie tempura and miso soup are the weaker items on the menu but I haven't tried the others such as the noodle bowls, donburi but they seem to be popular. Read more
