Kenzo typically has decent ramen along with some standard Japanese snacks like onigiri and gyoza. This was my first time ordering from this location and it was pretty underwhelming compared to other locations I've had. I ordered the Netsu Ramen, chicken onigiri, and gyoza. The Netsu was good although I felt ... like they could have given more broth. The onigiri is great but a little overpriced at $4/pc. The gyoza, which is usually my favourite dish they serve, was terrible compared to the other locations I've had. The fried bottom was unevenly cooked and very soggy when getting take out. With so many amazing ramen options downtown this Kenzo location can be easily skipped. Read more
Loved this place from the moment I walked in. The waitress was beyond friendly and attentive. I had the Tetsu Ramen and the flavour was amazing. Just the right amount of spice and the flavours were so balanced. From the prices and quality and quantity of food I Will definitely ... come back again. Read more
Authentic, great options, great pricing, filling portions, and above all a great taste. What more can you want from a ramen shop? They were accommodating for those who don't eat pork or animal products, and the staff are very friendly. Best ramen in Toronto, nothing comes close.
Ramen: 1 stars =========== Ordered veg Sapporo miso ramen, the veg and port mix in the ramen must have been fried first; it left the broth fried oil taste - taste patai added water and soy. in my opinion, a no no in ramen. Had similar ramen other place not like this. ... The pork is small pieces like granted meat fry, some part not taste all fresh. Services: 4 stars ============ Waitress is very polite. Services is fast and good. Environment: 3 star Clean and nice. Price: 2 stars Consider the quality it is bad price. Tacoyaki is 11.5$ most expensive I have seen. Very sticky and taste most fry flour without content. We were the only customer at a dinner hour, should have been alerted - wasted my ramen allowance very disappointing. Read more
