Rotted food taste extremely bitter. Then they brought my food back but they only changed the rotted part so I was forced to eat other parts that were served previously. Forced to pay 12% mandatory tip upon this disgusting food. Cant believe this is 'Japanese food'

Attentive staff, cozy restaurant, quick service but their food is pretty average. I had the Beef Sukiyaki Mabe (black bowl). The only good thing is the beef, the rice was a little dry and the udon soup was sort of a sweet and sour taste but I personally it didnt ... go well with the whole dish. And yes, you should double check your bill before paying too. They already put 12% of the service charge on the sum of food + 13% tax but when I paid the machine still asked if I wanted to tip. This place delivers authentic japanese favourites for a decent price. The portions may be small so don't expect to walk out with itis. I loved the omurice that was drizzled with ketchup laid on top of a lake of curry. This is a great go-to place for delicious curry dishes.

The reviews here deterred me from coming until recently but it turned out to be a great place to grab a meal. The inside is small but the turnaround quite quick and the service fast as well. I came here with 2 other friends on a Wednesday evening and decided to ... share all the dishes. We got the 8 bowl for the beef/udon, the okonomiyaki udon and the chicken curry. All 3 were great and given in generous portions. Turned out to be~15 a person which was an awesome deal for the food and variety we got. Would definitely come here again! Read more

Food tastes great! Restaurant is a bit small. Unfortunately my food came out cold...as did my tea. They were good with taking it back and fixing it for me though!
