Excellent value, selection, and reasonably priced AYCE sushi. With a couple of locations across the GTA, this location stands out because they offer some sashimi options for lunch! Compared to other AYCE joints, KB typically offers a wider range of sushi/maki options and kitchen dishes. This all-you-can eat sushi place has really fair prices. They offer a good variety of sushi, though I wish there were even more options. The timing for serving all-you-can-eat dishes is a bit hit or miss – some come out fast, others take forever. The staff are generally upbeat and helpful, ... but one server seemed really tired. We had a blast every time we eat in this AYCE restaurant. We loved their different kinds of Torch sushi. Their udon soups are also recommended. Tempura is one of our faves too! Our visit to this establishment will undoubtedly be our first and last. The service provided was utterly disappointing and aggressive. Waitress - asian woman, thin, short hair with glasses - she was so rude and aggressive to us. She only attended to us twice, initially taking our order and then presenting an ... unexpected charge for uneaten food. 15$ plus for rolls (3rd photo). My husband ordered meat items - half of them were undercooked, especially raw pork, that is not acceptable and dangerous. In one meat item we found female black hair, we just put it aside but didn’t want to complain. And still she was waited for tips after arguing with us, she aggressively took the ipad from us and few more minutes just ignored us and then came back with question: “15$ plus and takeout boxes?” Then she threw the boxes on the table and gave the payment machine….
