What a find. I’ve been recommended this place by some local friends. And they also specifically recommend to try the chicken wings. They were right. It’s an absolute gem! I went for lunch on a Monday. Sat in the outdoor patio. Had the wings and the fried plantain. Finished up ... with a coconut ice cream. All delicious. This is a casual laid back restaurant with a tropical ambience that serves Jamaican inspired food and beverages. There is a nice selection of vegetarian options along with the traditional Jamaican jerk offerings. I had the red bean oxtail soup, fried okra and a salad and all the items were ... delicious. The ginger beer was refreshing and complemented my meal nicely. The house made pepper sauce was flavourful and zesty. The service staff was courteous and professional. The portion sizes were generous and the prices reasonable. I would definitely dine here again and highly recommend this place to those that enjoy Caribbean/Jamaican cuisine. Read more

A very popular destination for a reason: good food, good service, good vibes, good music and fun ambiance. The ample menu offers delicious dishes, with as only exception perhaps, the desserts, slightly blander. Great cocktail and food selection. Loved "everything nice" cocktail. Food is impressively delicious. Definitely try oxtail, superb😋 Only complaint l have is slow service. Even though we went on Wednesday night, it was super busy so it is understandable. Bringing our cocktails took half an hour tho. Same thing applies for food service ... as well. I'm sure there is a good reason for late to service (like cooking time so on). Overall great place and atmosphere 👍 I will go back to try different dishes, but will try to go on quieter time of a day. Read more

This was overall a wonderful dining experience! I was very happy with the flavors of the Jamaican cuisine, as I have had authentic Jamaican food. The oxtails were tender and flavorful as was the pan-seared snapper. The rum punch was delicious, but could have used an extra shot of rum ... if you prefer the drink with a little more punch (LOL), however, that is not a huge deal as I don’t drink alcohol frequently. The take on the fried okra was unique, but tasty. I love okra! I would also like to highlight the portion sizes being just right for an adult. I am a nutritionist and live in the US so this was immediately noticed and I love that not too much food was given. We left satiated and satisfied, even with having a dessert. The service was excellent, our server was sweet and attentive. The food came out in a reasonable about of time. We made a reservation and were seated upon entry. I would 1000% could here again.
