I was a regular dining in here almost every week before pandemic, then turned into a take out regular during the Covid spreading, totally forgotten how great it was to eat freshly cooked food in the restaurant, until I returned this evening. Not only the meal was still up to ... its high quality but also they’ve renovated a bit and made the dining room more stylish, love the french toile wallpaper decor and the soft lighting. Walked by lunch time and gave it a tried. I only ordered garlic bread as a light lunch, it is very good. The service is good too.

The restaurant recently did some redecorating which I think lends charm. The ingredients are fresh and meals high quality. The only drawback is that there are no windows. Also, there was only one waiter serving which made for a delay to be seated and for food to be plated.

This is one of my favourite places to get lunch/dinner take out. The three staff at the counter are really friendly and offer impeccable service. I have tried most of the menu items and the risottos, pasta, steak, and sandwiches are all excellent at a reasonable price, especially considering the ... quality and location. I love the food here! I keep coming back because it’s so tasty and authentic! It’s my favourite lunch spot on bloor! I know homemade sauce when I taste it and this place has it. The bruschetta has plump tasty tomato, fresh garlic, olive oil and it s exactly as ... it was meant to taste. The Siciliana pasta is my favourite, and the lasagna is my second fav! Both delicious and tasty 😋 I top it off with a double espresso and I’m good for the the day. The portions are big enough that I always take some pasta home and it tastes just as food later on !
