Extremely overpriced and their prices have changed SO MUCH by an unbelievable margin. One medium pizza (8 slices) is $31 after tax now. What’s funny is when you ask them what’s a normal-sized pizza they say medium and then you see a 4.99 extra charge on your bill for a ... medium, whats the price on your menu for then? A small? A flat fee? Make it make sense. The food is good and the service is also fine but they need to figure out whether they wanna charge a gourmet-experience pizza price for a takeout spot w no seating. If they were a bit more transparent w their pricing (e.g on their website, on the phone) I wouldn’t have left a review like this but this felt like a scam. For Pizza, paying $45 does not make sense. Food is great, but I can't justify paying $45 for a take out pizza. the price on line and their paper menu is also incorrect. false advertising. Most recent update, I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 for sole reason that I believe their pricing strategy is a rip off. In a span of a month the price of large steak pizza increased by 10 dollars (including tax)!! I asked and they confirmed that ... it is true. That’s 31% price hike! Seems like there is no regulations around pricing but honestly, 31% in a month??? ———————— Update, actually I discovered their steak pizza and love it! Also, their pizzas are very consistent, delicious and reliable Generally not a big fan of pizza but when craving Iranian style pizza, this is the place to go. This was our first time having PIZZA SHAB in Richmond Hill. My husband and I ordered a small cheese pizza and it was golden brown perfectly. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese and that was the best garlic bread with cheese we’ve ever had!! Everything was absolutely amazing, especially ... the service!! We actually went back in and ordered extra garlic bread with cheese and another pizza to take home with us .. SO GOOD!!! We highly recommend this place to everyone! Read more

i got this almost $40 pizza for medium size and it’s the most dry pizza i ever had! idk if this was old pizza or wrong order, but literally so dry, cheese isnt even melted and crust is toooo hard! additionally, mere fact medium is required so additional $6 on it ... but you’ll get like this?? other pizza store that has deep dish is even better with affordable price. i literally have to force myself to eat atleast half so my money wont be wasted not gonna order again with this dry pizza Read more
