Great to have a fresh pasta place in this area. This place has been around for a while now and makes great pastas. You can buy ready made or pastas that you cook yourself.
Owner is ROTTEN Joel to be exact. Sells 6 day old meat where he gets deals off of. Stay away.
I recently discovered Pastissima and come in every Saturday after a lengthily bike ride. Trevor makes great pasta sauces and is excellent at suggesting based on my preferred flavour profile. I also enjoy the variation in cold salad bar. Lately they've been making gazpacho which is nice during the warmer ... temperatures. The tomato one is my favourite. Been coming here for years. Pasta is always fresh, salads are great, and the sandwiches are awesome. Joel is always willing to accommodate special requests.
