Staff and level of : 10/10 Vibe/setting: 8/10 (indoor is nice, outdoor needs to be a bit more elegant - it felt like a bar patio, not a high end restaurant. Food variety: 10/10 - so many options and all different flavours Food quality: excellent. Ingredients are fresh, and everything is very well ... cooked Flavours: 8/10 - good flavours overall, but something was missing from every meal. Fish needed a bit more zest. Estia is a really nice restaurant with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The sauce and the dill garnish on the octopus paired very well with the meat, even omitting the n’duja (I’m pescatarian so I got it without that). The spiced squash was amazing—the seasoning was perfect, and all ... of the components worked together to create a great experience texture- and flavor-wise. Portion size was reasonable—not too large at all, and the food was rich and satisfying enough that the smaller portions made sense. Our dinner last night at Estia was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed each dish we tried. The halloumi, eggplant and fish specials that we tried were delicious. Good atmosphere, great food and wonderful, attentive server!! Would love to come back again! We were a large party and our server basically ordered all of our food for us. Came here for a friend's birthday and we were very dissatisfied with the food and service. Our server was very pushy on selling us wine and we didn't know that we would be paying for water. The chicken was under cooked which was a big turn off but the ribs ... were nice and tender. The dish we enjoyed the most was the cheese and fish appetizers though that shouldn't have been the highlight of the meal.
