Horrible experience. Hostess greeted us in sweat pants. Our mozzarella sticks were cold with zero cheese pull. Caesar Salad had zero dressing on it and bacon bits looked raw. Had to ask the waitress for our free bread, and when it came it was cold. Dust from the ceiling fell ... into my boyfriends drink. The ceiling hasn’t been cleaned in years. Haven't been to East Side Mario's in probably 10+ years. The cheese pull on the loaded pepperoni pizza was great, and the sampler was a good mix of stuff to try. Simple but good food. 🍕🍝

We were seated on a Friday night with a pretty minimal wait time while being busy. Our soup and entree came out at the same time very quickly.
