Not even worth 1 star. They lied about my pizza being on its way to delivery when it was clearly forgotten about and it took 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. Not acceptable and horrible customer service. There are PLENTY of other much better pizza places in Toronto that ... can actually deliver on time. Pizza itself was so subpar and came cold! The lasagna al forno was old tasting and the sauce is was smothered with VERY salty, and otherwise tasteless. The "Risotto" Rustica was not Risotto at all. Much like other reviews it was way over cooked and flavorless. The garlic bread was without garlic and stale. Overall the food was horrible. My order was super cheap but food was beyond disgusting. Super disappointed because tried them once last year and they were ok. Risotto was basically using regular rice instead of arborio, super overcooked and ended up looking like congee in tomato soup. The spaghetti was like worms. ... Saddened by the experience. Read more

I have been ordering delivery from Ciccio's for the past 9+ months, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. They USED to be awesome, but as of late, the food quality has declined and so has the customer service. Delivery times have become unacceptable, quoting 45mins and food not arriving ... for 1.5hrs+. Mistakes in orders (ordered cream sauce and received tomato sauce on 2 different occasions). As a huge fan of your food, I hope you take this review to heart. Giving customers credit after credit does not resolve anything, I would rather my food be on point than be offered credit on my next order. Read more
