Came with a friend for a dinner of 2. Everything was absolutely delicious. Foccacia was perfect texture and already buttered. The shrimp risotto had so much flavour, I wish it was a bigger portion. Buca, located inside Four Seasons, is a fantastic Italian restaurant with great vibes. The grilled branzino is a must-try—though the salt-baked option is recommended, it's not my preference. The bread is to die for, absolutely delicious. The lobster pasta was just okay, and the tiramisu was average. The Burrata wasn't ... bad, and I've heard the pizzas are excellent. Amazing experience!! The food was delicious, so flavourful, rich and fresh! My favourite dish was the Bigoli and the Branzino. Bigoli had such rich flavours, if you love duck definitely this is a must try! Our waiter was awesome, he was super friendly, chatty and happy, I love when the waitstaff ... is welcoming like him. We started we couple of cocktails, my martini was made to perfection just the way I like it. You can bring your own bottle of wine (corkage applies), so we brought our own bottle of Tuscan wine and they happily offer to decant it for us as soon as we were seated at our table.
