Boston Pizza - Toronto, Ontario

Food is good. Service is slow unless you’re a girl. I know so because every time we all go out, even if I order first or get the “easier” food, my order comes late. I like the ambiance though, very sporty.

Excellent food and service! The spiked lemon tea fishbowl was decent but the artichoke dip and pizzas were delicious. We got the tropical chicken pizza but substituted Alfredo sauce for pizza sauce, and also got the Mediterranean pizza but with Italian sausage added. Amazing time!

We were dining last Friday to celebrate one of my friend’s birthday and foods were salty , not delicious. More over, service was very bad they make us feel discriminated, looked like our other group were treated differently than us. Only one gentleman was served better there I give 2 ... stars for service. Looks like staff’s looking for”certain “ people to visit there!! For instance, we request them to bring the birthday cake more than 3 times and, they ignored. Totally disappointed. Really not recommending this place. Read more

We decided to try out Boston Pizza since we both haven't been there and it's such a big franchise. We started off with the Thai Chicken Bites ($17.99) which we thought were delicious, it has just the right amount of spice to it and was flavourful. We then ordered the ... Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza ($15.79), the Boston Burger with onion rings ($23.58), and the Grilled Chicken Tacos ($17.59). The pizza was amazing and we have no complaints about that one. The burger was good too but there was way too many onions in it. The onion rings were probably the best we've had so far, they were nice and crispy. The tacos were good too but nothing amazing, they were quite average. For dessert we had the Chocolate Explosion ($9.99). It was really good and we could see why it's a customer favourite. The customer service was great as well, everything arrived fairly fast and we were checked in on and given anything we needed. We do think that the prices are a bit high compared to what you're getting though so it's probably one of those places to indulge in every once in a while. Went here for a team dinner, and the service was great! It's tough managing +50 people, and they courteously allowed us to stay well beyond our dinner to continue watching the UFC. The food is satisfactory, but you go here to watch sports and socialize with friends, so the fact ... that the servers were not pushy and accommodating, made that experience worthy of 5 stars.
