We had dinner at Nirala recently. Our visit was primarily brought about by my friend's recommendation to try their unique all-day breakfast, "Halwa, 2 puris, channa, and achar." It was worthwhile to try each and every cent. They provided two large puris that could be shared by two persons. The ... channa masala was incredibly tasty and mouthwatering. If you have a sweet tooth, don't miss the halwa—it was melting in my mouth. A staff member suggested that to try their Karahi Paneer and Garlic Naan. The taste of the karahi paneer was something special that left us speechless, and with the good amount of quantity which is enough for 2 people. The garlic naan was large enough to serve two individuals. We placed two orders, but we only managed to complete half of the meal, so we had to pack the other half. With my mother out of town, I found myself missing her desi breakfast. Decided to check Nirala out and it did not disappoint! I’m SUPER picky with my desi food, cuz nothing beats my mom’s cooking, so the fact that I’m giving this place a 5 start is saying a lot! Had ... the halwa puri and nihari. Everything was well seasoned and portions overall are great. The nihari was definitely the star of the show. I may have enjoyed it more than my moms (plz don’t tell her 🤫) Only mild criticism is the Channa to halwa ratio - I prefer more Channa and less halwa. Can’t wait to come back for more! Read more

We went there on monday 20th may, and we ordered halwa puri combo, qeema naan and lassi. Halwa puri was the best, me and my husband loves it. Qeema naan was okay okay not that good because we were expecting more qeema in the naan but it was just few chunks ... thats Lassi was also good. Visited this restaurant after a long time for Breakfast, Maa Shaa Allah it was very busy had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table for 4. Service was very quick, halwa puri Channay. Lamb paya , Nihari with Seasamee naan and butter naan, all having great taste with a ... touch of Lahore. Mango lassi, Tea was excellent but cold as we had it after food. Read more

What a gem! Impeccable food - especially their breakfast specials (both are amazing) on weekends. Every dish is excellent. They have a wait on weekends but staff are extremely efficient with wait list and i was seated within 10 mins of putting my name down. I would highlight the nihari, halwa ... and puri as well as their daal mash. The chai and ras malai were also incredible little additions to the end of the meal.
