So much fun! My fiancé and I had seen this place the day before and were excited to come in and give it a try, and it was well worth the hype! watching them make the ice creams was so much fun- the nitrogen clouds from the ice cream were ... so cool! the nitrogen didn’t really change the taste that I noticed, though the ice cream was definitely colder than normal. the ice cream itself was fantastic- I got the Mr. Brownie, and my fiancé got a mango pop ice, which is similar to dip-n-dots. the little syringes of syrups were super cute, fun, and actually really tasty too. the store itself was clean and modern, fashionable really, very Queen St chic, and was wide enough to be easy to navigate for folks who need mobility assistance. the only downside is that most of the seating is on stools with little back support that can be kind of tall to get into. all in all though, a fantastic experience- I definitely will be back! The ice cream was a little expensive but when purchasing this tasty treat, you have to remember that the nitrogen they use to make ... this ice cream is costly. my first time here was great. we were served quickly and the ice cream was great. my second time here was not so great. we came around 8pm, the store was set to close at 10pm. it wasn’t overly busy so we waited to be served. we stood to the ... side waiting for someone to come to the cash register. over 20 minutes went by and the workers would just look at us and whisper to each other. it wasn’t until one of us asked if we could order that anyone actually greeted us (but of course they still rolled there eyes before walking over). after ordering we still needed to wait awhile for our ice cream to be made which was understandable. but people who came in after us (and ordered the same thing) were getting theirs before us. when i finally got mine (the blueberry ice cream) it didn’t look like the picture they displayed or like the one i got last time (because i ordered the same thing). i added a picture of the first one and the second one i had to compare. the second one has no whipped cream and was a lot lighter in colour with a lot less flavour. they should serve what they advertise especially when you are paying almost $7 for a scoop of ice cream. overall i felt that the staff wanted to rush us out and didn’t care much about the service they were providing.
