I ordered for the first time from here, i had kale caesar salad, it was my first time at the freshi, the customer service was not really good, and it was not busy at all. The worker she didn’t even ask if i need any extra sauces how i would ... like to take it, she just made it so quickly. When I opened it first it smelled so bad, the kale in the salad was black like if they never cleaned. I just wasted my money i had to threw the whole full bowl. Worst experience ever!!! Read more

full stars for that moment when one of the staff members rescued a poor bird that was trapped inside the store , the staff member was able to gently let the bird escape to safety and people from inside and outside the store cheered in delight. Unfortunately I gotta take off ... some stars cuz I’m seriously disappointed that they don’t allow anyone to use the washroom. Worst Freshii bowl I've ever had was at 525 University Avenue. I'm trying to eat it now. Must have only put in a teaspoon of black beans and so much cilantro lime dressing I can't taste anything else. Not even the normal amount of rice. My bowl is basically kale ... and cilantro lime. Worst experience ever !!!! Almost broke my tooth with the olive seed and some weird hard seeds! Also the broccoli had a very off smell ! Am I supposed to look into each bite I take to make sure I won’t end up breaking my teeth ????

Not very Fresh-ii. Avocado was brown, lettuce was brown on edges, and no dressing for my salad. Overpriced for what I received.
