Fresh has been my go-to for many years & the new Bloor location is perfect. I went for the Cobb salad which is so satiating, filling & full of flavour. Kayla my server was perfect! Knew the menu & took great care of me.

New location at the corner of Dalton and Bloor West, much further west of Spadina. Brooke our server has very long nails which is a huge hygiene concern. Yuck. Plus slow service and not attentive. Reasonably priced healthy food is pretty good.

Huge shoutout to the staff here for seating an impromptu table of 9, we really appreciated it. The food was SO GOOD. And there were so many amazing options on the menu it was really hard to choose what to have. Definitely somewhere that we’ll have to return to as I’ve ... got a solid list of what I want to try next. Service was efficient and timely, and the restaurant had a chill vibe. Loved my experience at fresh! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The hot chocolate off the winter warmer menu had just the right amount of sweetness and was definetly a highlight. Met a dear, old friend here for a long overdue catch-up. Monday nights are a great night to come because it is less busy and a bit quieter than during some of the busier times when there is a lot of traffic and energy, and a bit more volume, which ... is also fun (I come here a lot). I had a salad, The Botanist, and my friend had one of the bowls, The Green Goddess. The food here is so nutrient-packed and delicious, and instead of feeling full and regretful after a meal, you feel like you’ve done your body an excellent and delicious favour. As well, I highly recommend this location in particular. If you get a window seat, it’s great for people watching, and is steps from the Spadina subway stop. This is one of the original locations as well, so it’s a little smaller and more intimate than some of the newer and larger locations. No matter where you go, this menu is perfect for health-conscious foodies. Read more
