Such a great place for tasty food! Our experience was great, we had a real nice early evening outdoor patio dinner on a breezy summer evening. With the Greek music playing in the background, you felt like you've been taken away somewhere special! The food was awesome, the ... way the meat is slightly charred gives it such an authentic taste. What I enjoy here also is that you get your salad first, rather than it being included on the same dish with your meat and potatoes and rice etc... And the tzatziki sauce is really good here, a nice thick texture, I always finish mine too fast! Our server was amazing too! It makes all the difference and adds to the experience. Yiannis is a king of the boulevard and grill. An amazing host for many decades and delivering delicious Classic Greek cuisine. The Patio is epic and has a retractable awning. Well worth a visit. The resto speaks from the heart of the kitchen, there is no ... attempt to change a souvlaki, or tzatziki into anything else. Perfection always. Outstanding service and Yiannis is a true champion of the scene. His beef kabobs kill it. So does everything else. Try the Greek wines not the Jackson Triggs. Visited the friendly Greek for an early dinner with the family and quite enjoyed the place. We had a variety of eats from the garlic shrimp, to the baklava. The food is decent. The garlic shrimp was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The burger was just okay as it seems very ... much like a frozen burger. Fries were okay too. However the grilled squid, tzatziki and baklava were quite good. I think I will stick closer to Greek dishes like the souvlaki next time as I'm sure it'll be better. My partner and I come here for lunch mostly but have been for dinner too, all have been wonderful. The service is quick and friendly, Kevin is super welcoming and interesting. They have eat in, patio and take out so all the options. The food is very reasonably priced on ... the Danforth and its good, like really good. Authentic and always hit the spot, it has a comforting sense about the dishes on offer. In general this is a great little spot with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Read more
