Hands down one of the best sharwarma places in downtown core, even though this place is a hole in the wall but you can tell the family that runs the business puts in their heart & soul making this place as clean and welcoming as possible I got the small Chicken ... Sharwama and it lasted me 2 solid meals for a very reasonable price The salad they use is fresh( unlike most sharwarma places that use low quality vegetables) The chicken is well seasoned and taste fresh Every bite is a surprise, but in a good way They get busy during lunch hour and most people are returning customers, the family also has a great relationship with the customers which it’s such a good sign for a long lasting business I highly recommend checking them out, when the people behind the business is warm and hardworking, you know the food will always be good! We ordered: - Gyro: 9/10 Came with rice, salad, a bunch of pastes (like baba ganoush, yoghurt, etc), pickles, and more, then topped with meat... quite a decent amount of meat too! Huge portions of salad served fast and fresh by the super nice counter staff. The chicken shawarma was great, very good value for the price. Probably some of the best value for a restaurant on Yonge street.
