Solid tasting gyros with filling portions. Service could have been a bit better. 4.2/5 Came at 8 p.m. on a Friday and there was still a wait! Ordered the mixed lamb/beef gyro meat platter and upgraded to greek fries for a total of $30 before tax and tip. The price tag is ... well worth the amount of food you get because the portions were huge. My meal could feed two people alone (and I'm a pretty big eater!). Greek fries were AMAZING with a generous portion of feta cheese, salad was good, and the gyro meat was okay (slightly on the drier side). Service wasn't the greatest because it would always take a good 10-15 minutes to flag a waiter down, even despite it not being too busy. Ridiculous. 4 stars because the prices-quality-quantity ratio is off the hook. Thank you Messini for keeping it real! Had 2 gyros, feta fries and greek salad for like 30 some $, tax included. Who does that anymore?!?!? Good amount of food but who cares if it doesn't taste good? No worries here. ... It's tasty but next time, I will only have the pork instead of a mixed chicken and pork gyros. Pork seemed more moist and flavored. And their tzaziki sauce. So good. I will ask for extra next time. Fresh and cucumberry. Nice. Their feta fries...so simple yet so satisfying. Finished the whole plate. Perfect portion size for 2. Thanks for not cheapening on the feta. Excellent food and service. Had the best time here! The meats were not dried out like some other places and were not mostly fat either. Brilliantly seasoned. There was a long wait but definitely worth it!

My go-to spot in Greektown for cheap and tasty Greek food with enormous portions! The inside is nice and cozy although a bit dated, but you’re really coming here for the tasty food! I usually get their pork gyros meat platter with Greek salad and Greek fries, and honestly that ... is enough to feed 2 people. Portions are massive, both the main and sides are tasty, and the food comes quick! Service is friendly and fairly attentive though can be slow during busier times. Having been going here since years! Food is good, service is basic and fast. Had the chicken gyro combination meal. It’s comes with a choice of ceaser or Greek salad.
