I would give this Jimmy the Greek at Sherway Gardens Mall a ZERO rating if I could. This is by far the stingiest location I've ever had the misfortune of going to, with very rude staff as well. The staff here would literally count the grains of rice that they ... put in your food, and be very confrontational for basic condiments as well. It is shameful to call this place Jimmy the Greek, as the service is beyond horrendous. When my family and I went to pay for our meals, we noticed other people in line all turning away after noticing how extremely rude the staff here were to us. (Also, I hope that the management reads this, and post a response with concrete, measurable and specific information here on how they will improve, moving forward). Instead of telling my friend her card had a error while paying, an employee followed her to her table and took her food out right from in front of her. They only noticed her card hadn't gone through well after they put together her order and sent her on her ... way. My friend had been waiting all day to break her fast, and this employee decided to choose rudeness instead of kindness. It was a genuine mistake, and this employee really made a point to make my friend feel small when she was just trying to get a meal in after her religious fast. Read more

I was over charged. Be careful everyone. My husband and I were very tired and ordered chicken fillet on salad and gyros on rice and potatoes. The cost was about $16 each. So 16×2 +tax. I was charged $47.43. The guy must have notice I ... was tired and gave us a receipt with the total. Jimmy the Greek is typically a solid franchise option, but I didn't have a great experience here last week when I had lunch at Sherway. Chaotic service and the lineup was disastrously unorganized. We asked for a Greek Salad and they didn't seem to know what that was. We instructed them ... on how to make a Greek salad and as you can see in the photos below, seems like they're still trying to figure it out. Strange for a Greek place. I eat here regularly. My favourite dishes are the falafel and the chicken souvlaki. The falafel is crispy and doesn't have weird spices. The food is fresh, delicious, big portions for a reasonable price. The staff are nice and fast.
