Truthfully don't know how these people are still in business with that amount of chicken they put in their gyros. They have the best Gyros in all of greektown. We are moving from the area but you can guarantee we will drive out of our way to come back here. As many other reviewers have said previously the quality of the product has gone down significantly. My partner and I discovered this restaurant in 2013 when we were living in the neighborhood. At the time the food was excellent, the servings generous, and the service very good. Sometime in or ... around 2018 something, either the management or ownership, changed. We have been disappointed by the food ever since. The deep-fried zucchinis, which was our barometer of the quality of the food, used to be to die for. Now they are barely edible. Read more

They used to be one of my favorite places in Toronto but their overall quality has declined a lot since they changed ownership about a year ago. Beside it's brand and logo, everything is different now in a negative way. I used to visit them once a week and now i ... don't even bother to go there for anything. Absolutely delicious! Very friendly staff, family oriented, clean, authentic Greek food to die for. Their chicken gyro was mouthwatering and bursting with flavour. I went back a few days later to try their souvlaki and it's always cooked fresh per order, unlike other restaurants I've witnessed them half cooked ... before serving. Friendly service and amazing gyros. Update: This place used to be amazing but like other reviewers have mentioned, it has really declined recently. I recently went in for a late lunch and was the only person in the store. The guy took my order and then I watched him sit down ... and play around on his phone for 10+ minutes, giggling like a little teenage girl. Finally another customer walked in and he went back behind the counter, I asked him where my food was and he didn't even remember my order. Then when i complained that its been 10+ minutes he had the audacity to lie and say that they cook everything fresh and it takes 12 minutes for the chicken to cook and he could serve me raw meat if I wanted to. Eventually I got my food and the cherry on top... it was a chicken souvlaki, not the chicken gyro i ordered. Folia used to be great but I would not recommend it anymore. Read more
