I had the beef and veal Turkish bread kebab and it was packed with meat, good health serving of veggies. My friend got the small lunch box with rice and that’s plentiful serving as well. The bread matches what is served on my trips to Germany and various late night ... eats in Europe. It isn’t the flat bread or pita style bread that is more common in North America. Awesome setup and friendly staff. A really good menu selection. We had the spicy chicken in Pide bread. It’s huge! And delicious. Little messy to eat since it’s so big. The hot saucy is quite spicy so try it carefully. EDIT TO ADD: After another visit, had the Beef and Veal in Pide ... Sandwich. Even better! Not as messy to eat this time. This is a cute fun fast food spot that is immaculately clean. The selection is awesome and everyone from a meat lover to vegan can get a great meal here. They are making Doner from Beyond Meat! I love that you can get giant wraps, burgers, in a fluffy warm ... grilled flat bread. Lentil soup is delicious and they even have pints on Ben and Jerry’s. This is definitely a hidden gem for amazing fusion German Doner Kebab! This cute and modern kebab joint is located on the east side of Queen street, on Coxwell & Queen. Ziba Berlin Doner is especially famous for their HUGEE size Beef & Veal Doner Kebab on fresh Turkish Pide Bread. ... The portion was soooo big, like the size of my face! I instantly fell in love with their sauces and beef at first bite~ Definitely recommend getting the kebab on their super popular Turkish Pide. Nicely toasted, then gets packed with your choice of veggies from lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and red cabbage. The warm beef slices adds to the entire flavour, and their delicious Yogurt Garlic and Hot sauce just finishes the whole combination together amazingly. The whole kebab was so filling, and worth every penny of the price! Aside from Kebab, you can also build your own Doner Box, or try out their "poutine-like" Kapsalon, which is basically crispy fries topped with meat, lots of gooey melted cheese and veggies. I will go back for sure. Having been to Berlin multiple times, I can honestly say this place is the real deal. The bread is perfect and the meat has that perfect crust in it. The sauces were good as well. But I do wish the garlic sauce was more ... garlicky. Only thing they need to do is stop using styrofoam. Read more
